i heard the assumption that the Euro is expected to reach peak against the Rouble after October the 26th emerged through the fact that EUR-RUB rate will be affected by the weakening in the food imports, and as a consequence will come down this process (which if true) may possibly be connected to the acclivity of the EUR.
